Returns: You have 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return the item. Email hello@drinkloverboy.com with return requests. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund minus the cost of the return label and any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase.

Exchanges: You have 30 days from the date you received your purchase to exchange an item. Email hello@drinkloverboy.com with exchange requests. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund minus the cost of the return label and any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase. We will then place a new order for the requested size and send you an email with an invoice that you will need to complete.
