WINE SPECIFIC RETURNS & REFUNDS
Failed Delivery: After 3 attempts to deliver, orders are shipped back to our warehouse. We hope this does not happen as we provide advance notice and tracking numbers for shipments. If this does happen you have the option to:
- Have your order reshipped and an pay an additional invoice for return + reshipping charges
- Have your order refunded less the outbound and return shipping charges
Failure to pick up from UPS Access Point: If you fail to pick up your order from a UPS access point after 5 days, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees for both the return and the re-shipping.
Order Cancellation After Payment Processed: If you cancel an order of any products or services, previous charges will not be refunded. Once the order is processed your Spritz is considered to be purchased even if returned. In the event that Company suspends or terminates your access to the Service for your breach of these Terms of Service, you will receive no refund of any fees paid to Company.
Delivery Refusal: If you refuse a package, you will incur additional shipping fees for both the return and the re-shipping.
Returned Shipments: You are responsible for shipping, return and re-shipping costs.
Return Policy: We (Loverboy) are not able to accept returns for your Spritz. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with inquiries.
Damaged shipments: Please notify us (email@example.com). A picture of the damages must be included in correspondence with Loverboy to access the damage. Damages resulting in a loss of product will be replaced for the amount that has been lost. If a picture is not provided of the damaged product, we will not be able to assess the damages and therefore not be able to provide a possible replacement.
Delivery Address Update: If you need to update the delivery address for your order, Loverboy Inc. is not responsible for the additional fees associated with you doing so - i.e., shipping + taxes. It is important to note that once an order is placed, if an address update is needed, it can only be within the same state. Each time an order delivery address is updated, it may lead to a delay in the delivery of the package.

While we hope you love all of our merch, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
Returns: You have within 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return the item. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with return requests. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund, minus the cost of the return label.
Exchanges: You have within 30 days from the date you received your purchase to return the item. Email shop@drinkloverboy with exchange requests. We will email you a return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue you a refund, minus the cost of the return label. We will then place a new order for the requested size and send you an email with an invoice that you will have to complete.
