We require a 21+ signature with valid ID on arrival for all alcoholic deliveries. If you miss the delivery, and the order is returned to our warehouse, you will have the option to:
1. Have your order resent, but incur additional return + re-shipping fees.
2. Receive a refund, minus return + shipping fees.
Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after tracking is sent. During peak holidays, please allow a little extra time.

Because our products are consumable beverages, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on taste preferences. Flavor can be personal, and while we do our best to craft drinks you’ll love, all sales are final once shipped.
