A few good answers

When will my merchandise order ship?

Due to increased holiday order volume, merchandise orders may take 10–12 business days to process and ship. Transit time begins after your order ships.

Preorder items follow the shipping timeline listed on the individual product page. Drinks and merchandise ship separately, with separate tracking.

Will my in-stock and preorder items ship together?

All merchandise items in the same order will ship together once the preorder item is ready. Drinks ship separately from merchandise and may arrive sooner.

To receive an in-stock merchandise item without waiting for the preorder item, we recommend placing it as a separate order.

How do merchandise returns and exchanges work?

Merchandise returns and exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery. Items must be new, unused, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Start a return or exchange. If you purchased Checkout+, eligible returns include return shipping. Without Checkout+, you are responsible for return shipping and any shipping fees for exchanged items.

For exchanges, once your return is received, we issue the applicable refund and create a new order for the requested size. You will receive an invoice to complete.

Refunds reflect the amount paid after discounts. For help with a return, exchange or a different size, email hello@drinkloverboy.com.

How do I track my Loverboy order?

Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships via email and text message if you have opted in. You can also check here.

Please note that Loverboy drinks ship from a different warehouse than our merch. Separate tracking will be sent.

Who pays customs and duties on international Loverboy orders?

Yes, orders shipped outside the US may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient—they're not included in your order total and aren't collected by us.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand what fees you might expect. Refusing delivery due to customs charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed, and we're unable to refund shipping costs or duties in those cases.

What size does Kyle wear?

All of our merchandise is unisex.

Kyle generally wears a large for a traditional fit. In the mockneck tees he wears a medium.

Carl generally wears a large for a traditional fit.

Is this item included in Black Friday?

Our Black Friday offers run November 4–8, 2026, with up to 20% off eligible drinks and up to 25% off eligible merchandise. Eligibility varies by item.

Excludes all drink 8-packs, preorder items, subscriptions, gift cards, items already on sale, and select small accessories, including koozies and single bags. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to previous orders, including open preorder orders and other items in those orders.

    I was a little disappointed with the seemingly lack of softness when I first opened it. But after washing it, I absolutely love it. It’s so soft and comfortable. My only regret is not ordering one size bigger for a more oversized look. For reference, I’m 5’9” 160lbs, carry my weight in my chest/stomach, and ordered a Medium. It fits perfectly, but like I said, if you’d like a baggier oversized fit maybe order one size up. I also get a lot of compliments on it from people I’m pretty certain don’t know what it means (maybe they think it’s a Mariah Carey reference, which is cute). All in all I’m really happy I got it and I can’t wait to get more. :)
