FAQ
Yes, a signature of someone 21+ with valid ID is required at the time of delivery.
If you miss the delivery, and the order is returned to our warehouse, you will have the option to:
1. Have your order resent, but incur additional return + re-shipping fees.
2. Receive a refund, minus return + shipping fees.
Spritz/Cocktails: Most orders typically arrive between 3-5 business days from the time that you receive tracking.
Merchandise: Most orders typically arrive between 5-7 business days from the time you receive tracking, unless otherwise noted. Select items are made to order and take longer to get to you as a result.
Pre-Order Items: Ship within 4 weeks.
International Orders: Tend to take a minimum of 10 - 14 business days from the time you receive tracking.
Please note that Spritz/Cocktails ship from a different warehouse than our merch. Separate tracking will be sent.
First, thanks for celebrating our Spritz Bday! All free t-shirts with purchase will ship beginning May 2.
If you ordered other merchandise, it will also ship at this same time.
Spritz: Our spritzes are sold in 12 packs, so 12 cans in an order. Cocktails: Our cocktails are sold in 8 packs, so 8 cans in an order.
Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order ships via email and text message if you have opted in.Please note that Spritz/Cocktails ship from a different warehouse than our merch.
