Customers are responsible for
any customs, duties, or import fees on international orders. These charges are
determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order
total.

We recommend checking with your
local customs office before ordering to understand what fees you might expect.
Refusing delivery due to customs charges may result in the order being returned
or destroyed, and we're unable to refund shipping costs or duties in those
cases.

Pre-Order Items: Ship within 4 weeks.

Merchandise: Most orders typically arrive between 5-7 business days from the time you receive tracking, unless otherwise noted. Select items are made to order and take longer to get to you as a result.

Spritz/Cocktails: Most orders typically arrive between 3-5 business days from the time that you receive tracking.

International Orders: Tend to take a minimum of 10 - 14 business days from the time you receive tracking.
