We require a 21+ signature with valid ID on arrival for all alcoholic deliveries. If you miss the delivery, and the order is returned to our warehouse, you will have the option to:
1. Have your order resent, but incur additional return + re-shipping fees.
2. Receive a refund, minus return + shipping fees.
